If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please email us at hello@smilesbyoh.com.au within 14 days to submit a refund request.
We take great care to list our ingredients in full for each and every product on the site. If you have known allergies or sensitivities to an ingredient, please review these lists carefully before selecting a product.
If your product meets these requirements and you would like to request a return:
- Contact hello@smilesbyoh.com.au with your order details to initiate your return.
- Complete our Return Form to include with your return.
- Send the item(s) back to:

If your products are eligible for a refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, usually within 3-10 business days of receipt. Your refund will include the product’s paid cost and applicable taxes. We do not refund original or return shipping costs, unless there is a manufacturing fault in the product. We recommended using a return service with tracking to ensure your return reaches us. Returns that do not meet these requirements will be discarded.
